Nicolás’s vast experience in managing established multinational corporations with complex operational and personnel structures is critical in SPT’s leadership and strategic direction. A professional path in the industrial sector involving multinational and multicultural environments
Nicolás, an industrial engineer from the University of Zaragoza with a master’s in Administration from ICADE and leadership training from INSEAD and IESE, has effectively directed companies such as MOLYB, REHAU, and AIR LIQUIDE in Chile, France, and Spain.
Throughout his tenure as general manager at MOLYB and REHAU, he drove operational and safety improvements while also fostering growth in the plastics sector. At AIR LIQUIDE Chile, Nicolás spearheaded significant growth through innovation and efficiency in the production and marketing of industrial and medical gases, including the establishment of a new production facility.
At AIR LIQUIDE SANTÉ INTERNATIONAL in Paris, serving as VP of Human Resources, he played a crucial role in strategic development and succession planning. In Spain, leading AIR LIQUIDE MEDICINAL, Nicolás achieved a leading market position for the company in medicinal gases, adapting operations to current drug legislation and overseeing national expansion as Director of the Gas Division. Additionally, as Product Manager for EPC Projects, he led essential initiatives for the hospital sector.
