Quality and Environmental Policy

Stockholm Precision Tools AB (SPT) has earned a reputation in the development and engineering and production of directional survey instruments for the Oil, Gas and Mining Industry, our systems are advanced, robust, reliable, and accurate, to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact during surveying activities.

SPT maintains a clear commitment to understand and meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders relevant to the organization, and in the context of the organization. SPT has implemented an Integrated Management System /IMS) based on the requirements of UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNE-EN ISO 45001: 2018 standards which requires the active commitment and responsibility for Quality, Health at Work, Safety and Environment (QHSE) of all workers, suppliers, and contractors. Managements have an active role of commitment and leadership to communicate and implement the controls required by the Integrated Management System, as well as the organization’s policies and standards. We are all committed to:

  • Meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and relevant stakeholders, through compliance with agreed deadlines, fostering the establishment of a lasting relationship with our customers and that satisfaction is our main argument as a differentiator.
  • Continuously improve the performance of the Integrated Management System and its processes.
  • Comply with legal requirements and other requirements applicable to processes, products and/or services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and control environmental aspects and impacts, hazards and occupational health and safety risks.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health deterioration.
  • Ensure the protection of the environment, preventing pollution and minimizing the environmental impacts produced as a result of the activity we develop in our processes, products and services.
  • Facilitate spaces and mechanisms for the participation and consultation of workers and their representatives.

This Policy contains general commitments that are mandatory for all SPT employees and serves as a framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives of the IMS. Senior Management is committed to comply with the provisions of this policy, as well as to publish it, distribute it so that it can be understood and applied by all workers.
