SPT Ranks Top 8% in Sweden for Valuation and Stability
Based on Stockholm Precision Tools latest financial statements, the company has achieved a rating in the top 8% of Swedish limited companies in terms of value, stability, and profitability. Adding to over 20 years of accomplishments, SPT is proud to have achieved this certification.
This valuation is comprised of three main factors that help estimate the company’s value, which are:
- Booked equity at the date of valuation
- Value-creating profits related to the horizon value
- Profitability and growth projections based on short and long term goals
The horizon value indicates that a company has had sustainable and profitable performance. To attain this valuation a company must demonstrate long term stability (minimum 7 years) and a positive outlook on equity growth.
Growth in equity is calculated based on historical figures and patterns from a large sample size of businesses. These figures help forecast future earnings and evaluate the health of a business.
