This year the Expo Forum in Hermosillo will host the 14th International Mining Congress, Sonora 2022, organized by the Association of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico (AIMMMGM) from October 18-21. The event is one of the five most important in Latin America, being the second largest in Mexico, and the first in Hermosillo.
SPT will be participating in this Mexican fair with a booth at number #321-#322. There we will be pleased to welcome you and help you with any questions you may have.
The Mexican public will have the opportunity to get to know our tools and new products.

The president of the AIMMGM Sonora District explained that in this fair there will be a great range of activities, among which are the master conferences; technical conferences given by professionals of the mining industry; technical workshops; children’s mining pavilion oriented to children, excursions to mining sites in the state of Sonora, as well as recreational events such as the fishing tournament and the golf tournament.
More than 15,000 attendees and visitors from foreign countries, including Chile, Canada, the United States, Italy, among others, are expected.
This congress was originally created in 1995 as a local event to showcase the advances and services of the different mining companies in the region. It’s prestige has grown over the years and it has become the ideal venue for companies to promote themselves to potential national and international clients.
