New highlights for SPT in Australia

Stockholm Precision Tools is pleased to announce the opening of their office in Perth, Australia, to service both local and regional operations. SPT has successfully worked with the leading mines, drilling contractors and wireline survey companies throughout Australia for over 15 years. But now, the Perth office can offer SPT clients 24/7 local technical support, quick access to SPT technologies and parts, and on-site support and local servicing options.
SPT is pleased to appoint Masoud Jangani as the Region Manager for SPT Australasia. Masoud has extensive and successful experience in the regions’ Mining and O&G sectors, bringing valuable knowledge to SPT regional operations and will be a great addition to the team.
SPT Australasian office´s launch further highlights SPT´s commitment to be the trusted partner of choice, and provider of the most advanced Gyro and borehole surveying tools to the regions’ Oil and Gas, Mining and Civil Engineering Companies.
Regarding the new step in SPT´s expansion strategy, Orlando Ramírez, CEO and founder of the company, said: “We are excited to be introducing the faster and most accurate gyro technology and alignment system in the Australasian mining market. Our state of the art gyro technologies will help our clients in Australasia reduce the costs and increase efficiencies of their drilling projects.”

SPT in Austmine 2021 Conference & Exhibition
SPT will have the pleasure of participating in the Austmine 2021 Exhibition; we will showcase our latest products, including GyroMasterTM, the most precise gyro tool in the market; and Gyro RigAlignerTM, which is the lightest and smallest rig alignment device in the industry. Masoud, our region manager, will be at the stand and give you a brief introduction to our in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
With over 30 years and 600 corporate members, Austmine is the leading industry body for the Australian Mining Equipment, Technology and Services (METS) sector. To be held in Perth from 25-27 May this year, Austmine 2021 is one of the first national opportunities for the resources industry to view, in person, the latest in mining technology since the COVID pandemic began in Australia.
